Easy to park easy to book no problems at all.

Everything went to plan, no issues with entry or exit.

Excellent facility and so close to the terminal with no ‘faffing’

Easy to find, easy access, need to look for a space but found relatively easily, spaces fairly tight but manageable, access to airport great and exit process easy (although some additional exit route signage might be helpful)

This is the second time we have used BookFHR for our parking at Stansted and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The price was the best we could find across all the parking sites and the communication from them was perfect. The car park was easy to find and we managed to find a space straight away.

I sent an email to ask if we could get a credit for another time as my husband didn’t get to fly as he had to drive home for an emergency but I never got a reply to my email, I know it was after the 48hrs but it was an emergency as his brother had taken sepsis and we couldn’t predict that.we had to change our plans and and book the ferry and drive to ireland.

The park was clearly marked from the road. Plenty of parking spaces available. Also well positioned and plenty of disabled slots.

Orange car park Stanstead - really easy to park and walk 100 yards to terminal. Slightly confusing in that email said drive up do not press button which I did - but but machine still issued ticket with registration on it and it encouraged you to pay before going back to car (which did not need to do!) Can see some people falling for that and paying twice!

Worked OK but instructions said don’t press for a ticket as ANPR should recognise your car and barrier should rise. Barrier didn’t rise but a ticket was dispensed. Rang for assistance and the person said take the ticket. I did and the barrier lifted. This detail about taking the ticket was not detailed in the instructions. Minor point but wasted time on asking for assistance when barrier didn’t lift. As it clearly says don’t press for a ticket as you may be charged twice. Confusing instructions.

Parking is very convenient location. Due to my time of arrival at 11.15 am I had to park in isle O which is not 2 minute walk. More like 5-7 minute …. But usually when I park as I take the early flight I am always able to find spaces near by. At exit my ticket said I owed 124£ which was incorrect as I prepaid so I called the buzzer and they let me out. I did try and call the office as there was a minor change in my booking I arrived one day later … but they never pick up the phone. U must email and mark it urgent ! But overall It is the most convenient so I will use again.

very easy to book and park. A little more walking than expected because the car park was full so had to park far away.

All good apart from the fact I had to take a ticket to enter the car park , which on the confirmation it said I would not need to or not to as this could lead to further charges . There was no problem when I left the car park but the instructions need updating as they could cause confusion .

Very easy to park and everything was described perfectly in the instruction email. Would definitely use them again.

Easy to find. Well marked rows. Easy to exit. Path to/from the terminal is not covered fully. We parked in row K, as it was the nearest free space to the terminal, and on our return it was raining heavily. Large fluctuation in prices.

Parking very close to the terminal. Good service, just remember not to take a ticket when you arrive as you can get charge twice. Will definitely use again.

We were very pleased with the car parking at Stansted Airport that we booked through yourselves. The only problem was and I think you should make this important point clearer as we spent quite a lot of wasted time trying to gain access to the car park, we were told under no circumstances should we take a ticket at the barriers to the car park as we would be charged a lot of money on our return. After holding up a queue of cars at the barrier we finally managed to get someone to check our booking and open the barrier, we were then told we should have taken a ticket at the barrier to get in the car park and if we had made a booking with you we wouldn’t be charged on our return. He said this is always happening with your company. Other than this all was very good with your service.

Once we had established that we were at the correct location (the welcome sign with our name confirmed this), the parking was so easy and convenient. Just a very short walk to check in. Will definitely use the same company and parking facility again.

I really like that you can just park p and walk tot he terminal, like it used to be many years ago. It makes you feel very independent, not needing to wait for shuttle buses or taxis to get you back to your car. I have seen however that this orange car park was not on offer in September?? Thanks
