Long Stay

Booking was all fine but very hard to get info about how to extend my parking as needed to stay away longer. Lady on phone initially didn't know how I could extend. She did message back later but it was v stressful. Maybe inform your tele sales people how you do this.

As I changed my booking for one day shorter I received new ref number. Someone at the gate did let me in but on the way out I was told that booking was cancelled … so checked previous booking number and apparently cancelled as well ,I was waiting there for about 10 min and they let me out on my word ??Parking was paid so dont know who messed up but wasnt nice experience . Ill book again if I need to but only if I need to

Everything was at ease when doing the booking and straight forward easy parking and transfer service...all in all everything was excellent...would recommend using FHR..

The car park was easy to find and we didn’t wait long for the bus to the airport, on return the queue to the bus was quite long and there was maybe 10-15 minutes wait, on the whole relatively seamless service, would book again.

stansted long term car park, is easy to book, to frills or hidden charges I am going on holiday in august and october, and your car park will get my resavation. Robert W.mallard

I was delayed as there was no record of my booking with the car park. When I contacted the helpline there were no humans only an automated message . It was only email support and they couldn't fix it . I asked them to email the carpark but no they couldn't do that! Not booking with this company again

There is no way that you know your parking spot unless you record it yourself.

From start to finish our airport parking experience worked well. Easy with number plate recognition so no hold ups. Will certainly use again.

We found a space easily and the bus came quickly

This is the WORST company you can ever make a booking for your car. Highly recommend to do not do your booking with them. I've booked my parking space paying quite good money for more than a week just to find out when I'm arriving to the airport that my booking is not been done. I have to move my car to another parking delaying me and wasting my time. I will never ever use BookFHR again. Just disgusting!

Excellent service as usual. Not long to wait either way. Could maybe do with it being a little cheaper but hey ho!!!!

Our entry was easy having pre-booked. Finding the parking area and parking place, no problem. Bus waiting so into terminal very quickly. On return journey only we two waiting at the stop so taken immediately to our bus stop - excellent, although a little concerned that a huge bus took us and the inevitable waste of fuel!!! No other queries, overall a good trip. Be nice if it was a little cheaper - cost as much as the flights!! We'll be using you again in a couple of weeks.

Good easy access to car park with friendly efficient bus drivers, clearly identified pick up and drop off stops and clearly indicated parking spaces.

The bus was meant to be every 15 mins and we waited nearly an hour, We tried to call them on the phone from the bus stop and to their support number both of which we couldn't get through to. Shortage of buses, nearly an hour to pick up on arrival and around 30mins from airport on return. Appalling level of service
