What is the drop-off procedure?
Drive up to the barrier and your number plate will be recognised. You'll be given a ticket, the entry barrier will lift automatically and you can then park in any of the spaces and keep hold of your keys.
What is the pick-up procedure?
After collecting your luggage, walk back to the car park to collect your car. They barrier should lift automatically when you insert the ticket approach it, allowing you to drive home.

Think this is vastly overpriced as you do everything yourself compared with meet and greet which I believe is much better value

When we arrived to park up at 3am we found it very difficult to find an entrance into where we have parked before, we were totally bewildered and went through the short stay car park, we were really worried that we were in the wrong area and would come back to a hefty bill. I know we're in a Pandemic, but it would have been nice to be able to speak to someone even behind a screen the place was absolutely deserted. We paid a lot extra for a service that wasn't there. Very disappointed as we have used you for a lot of years. Maybe let people know in more detail that it's harder in the dark around that area to find what usually is a very good service meet and greet
