Head to the terminal where you'll find the entrance to Premium Meet and Greet. Go to reception where your driver will take your keys and park your car for you while you make the short walk to the terminal.
What is the pick-up procedure?
Walk back to the car park and collect your keys from reception. They will let you know where your car is parked.
What security measures does the car park have?
While you are on holiday your car will be parked on site at Newcastle airport, in a secured location covered by CCTV and 24 hour surveillance.
Additional Information
Meet and Greet parking is not suitable for vans or vehicles with 8 seats or more. The car park doesn’t accept mobile homes, lorries or caravans.

Very easy and smooth, the only recommendation I would like to see it was very frosty and car was covered in ice and we had a baby with us I would have liked the car at least warm. However as I said it is only a recommendation

Very good service from dropping the car off to picking it up again. There is, however, a very confusing message printed on the back of the ticket I was issued telling me to use the phone in the baggage reclaim area and call 555. When I did this, I was connected to the Border Agency at the airport. They said it happene a lot but couldn’t help me. I explained this to the attendant at pick up who said it was an ‘old system’. Could you remove this from the ticket to avoid confusion? This does not spoil a very good pick up/drop off system though Thank you

It is very convenient as it is so near to the entrance to the terminal. Easy to unload luggage and hand over the keys to the attendant, who was very pleasant on both the outward and return journey. Well worth the extra cost!
