What is the drop-off procedure?
OOn arrival at the car park, check in at reception with your return flight details, booking voucher and CAR KEY ONLY. Board the free courtesy bus, which drops off/collects in the fast pick up lanes immediately outside all 3 terminals.
What is the pick-up procedure?
On return Once you have collected all your luggage, and cleared through customs, phone the number given on the business card and follow directions to where the bus will collect you, from outside the terminal.

This car park facility was formerly Shentons. It is situated only 2.8 miles from the airport and the transfer takes approximately 8 minutes. Vehicles larger than 4x4 can be parked but there will be a supplement of £15 payable to the car park on arrival. This includes; minibuses, vans, campervans and ALL commercial vehicles. Motorhomes to be discussed with car park prior to booking. The free courtesy bus, drops off and collects from all terminals. Buses run on demand. It is recommended that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your check in desk opens.

Great service, check in fast, straight to airport no waiting around…..on collection from airport on our return we did have to wait till we got out the terminal to ring as we couldn’t get a signal, but once we got a connection I think we waited 2 mins and our transfer was there….would recommend….5*****

If you're looking for cheap airport parking, this is the place, lots of pot holes to the entrance of the car park though, hence probably the price, but if that doesn't bother you, its ideal, short journey to the airport in the Mini bus, friendly driver, phone call when you land back and they come and pick you up.

Not the best - bus driver sets off before passengers have chance to put cases into storage areas (I'm 70 and not steady on my feet). Receptionist / key giver outer has the disposition of Scrooge (the early years). Cars are parked badly on the lot, which has extremely poor surface.
