Car was nowhere near the office when I arrived back in Glasgow , when I finally found my car I couldn’t get into it as it was parked like a sardine…someone even left a milk carton on the roof so that was a nice touch. I’ll not be using this car park again ??.

This is the 3rd time I have had concerns with this company, I keep going back because they are a couple of a pound cheaper then the others but never again, I and 20 others left waiting at the airport again on someone picking us up, all the other companies like Skyport etc waiting on their flights coming in, as usual Flying Scot 15 -20 mins later, they are a disgrace, and their drivers tell you that.

Excellent service, easy booking and the staff were very helpful with luggage etc. Only small complaint - the number on the card I was given to ring (#6135) does not work but we realised that Flyaway parking appears to be the same company and so their number (#6139) worked perfectly.

All was good except the wait at Glasgow airport when we arrived home. We waited around 45 minutes for our pickup. 2 minibuses were just leaving when we got to stand 2b. By the time one arrived back there must have been 100 people waiting for their Flying Scot pickup. I expected a much bigger bus to be there when it’s busy like that.

Answer machine at Glasgow Airport on return journey when phoning the car park so we were unaware if they received message for pick up. Waited a good 15 minutes in pouring rain at 4 am for pick up. Car parked really tightly in car park. Looked like the bus waited to collect passengers from car park for drop off before collecting passengers from airport hence the delay Positive was the driver was excellent when helping with luggage on and off bus. Staff in office were efficient and pleasant

was good at pickup at the start to the airport, Could not connect with the office from the airport free phone. Gave surname and code number into phone tried 4 times but rejected me. luckily a bus was at the bus stop when i went outside. and so got the lift back ok.
