What is the airport transfer frequency?
Transfers every 15 minutes
What is the drop-off procedure?
Park in one of the bays outside the reception, then head inside to the check in desk . Show your confirmation and the staff will allocate you a parking space and you will be given a receipt. You can then take your keys or if you prefer you can leave your keys if you prefer. The courtesy bus service will then take you to Bus Stand 7 at the terminal to the terminal.
What is the pick-up procedure?
On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.
What security measures does the car park have?
High security fencing, CCTV, 24 hour staff. Low Cost are 'Carbon me org' and 'Proud to be Green '

Always room for improvement Busses should be at airport waiting yous know the time of arrivals Send enough busses for all passengers Not a mimi bus then half the customers wait for next pickup

I booked my car in for 32 Days in October at a cost of £121 . After 7 days due to a medical emergency at home we had to return. I asked for a partial refund on my fees and was told that I would not get anything.

Easy to find and so easy to get back to motorway on return. Very helpful staff definitely will be using again. Forgot what a warm welcome even in the early hours of the morning

Brilliant as always Bigger venue since I last used pre covid but still great but give yourself more time to get there and more time built in re getting from there to airport by the bus as they can't help local travel on the day accidents or events etc I gave myself 3 hrs to get from Dundee took 2 and 40 mins from there to airport due to diversions all out with flying scot control
